Moscow is the capital and the largest city of the Russian Federation. Moscow is a major political, economic, cultural and financial centre of Russia and the world. It is situate on the banks of the Moskva River in the Central Federal District, in the European part of Russia.There is a rich night life in Moscow. The major and one of the most popular nightlife areas are around Tverskaya Street. It is known as an area with many expensive, luxurious bars and restaurants.There are a lot of parks, gardens and botanical gardens, where you can spend free time. There belongs Sokolniki Park, named after the falcon hunting that occurred there in the past. It is one of the oldest parks in Moscow. It is situated near the city centre at Sokolniki Metro. The park territory contains an amusement park, a winter outdoor ice skating rink. Other popular attractions include the Moscow Zoo.
