Saint Valentine’s Day

It is a holiday celebrated on February 14 … today!!! It is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine’s cards (handwritten notes full of love inside will be the best present, except yours truly:D), presenting flowers (TIP:with red roses you can’t lose anything), or offering confectionery (my tip for you: give to your boyfriend/girlfriend box of chocolate in shape of heart).

Saint Valentine’s Day was originally a pagan festival that was renamed after two Early Christian martyrs named Valentine.

Traditional symbols of Valentine’s Day include hearts, doves, winged Cupid and love notes. These signs of love are immortal and popular at present. If you have no idea what to buy, try something like a cute fuzzy bear.

You can also prepare for him/her a romantic dinner with candles and romantic music. You can surprise your darling with a nice sentimental stroll under the stars.etc. You don’t need to buy some expensive gifts like diamond earrings, perfume or branded watch. Even a small present pleases. Use your own imagination.
